Mike Sterling
Sterling Services owner Mike went to school for Plumbing & Heating and has a Bachelor’s degree in Communications. After working in plumbing and heating for eight years, he took a position selling underground water, sewer, and storm pipes to all construction companies in Maine. Once Mike discovered home inspections, he knew it was the perfect fit for him and his skills!
Mike takes immense pride in his work ethic, demeanor, and dedication to honesty, customer service, and assisting people. He is committed to maintaining high standards, ensuring that his commitments are fulfilled professionally and promptly. For Mike, sharing knowledge with home buyers or sellers about potential improvements and fixes for their homes is a genuine passion.
He is comfortable working with all types of clients, from first-time home buyers to experienced investors. He has always been interested in real estate and owns several rental properties. Mike takes the time to thoroughly inspect every property he goes to and makes sure his clients understand everything he finds, providing a detailed report that includes photos of any problems he finds.
